How does the session sync work?
You connect your ParkingBoxx credentials on the Data Source page in the Lotably admin. Paid-session receipts then sync automatically every couple of minutes and are matched to the right lot, so officers always check against current data.
What happens if a driver mistypes their plate at the station?
Lotably surfaces near-matches at scan time before a citation is written, so an officer sees that ABC1234 paid when the vehicle in front of them reads ABC1284 and can make the fair call instead of ticketing a paying customer.
