Can Parking BOXX and manually entered sessions run together?
Yes. Enable the sources you use on Paid parking data and map outside sites to lots. Plate checks include those sources alongside Lotably permits and passes. Payment system health shows the last successful sync, stale data, errors, and unmapped sites. A verification warning does not automatically stop an officer from issuing a citation.
Do I have to replace my Parking BOXX equipment?
No. Your stations keep selling parking exactly as they do today. Lotably reads the paid sessions and adds the enforcement layer on top: plate checks, evidence-backed citations, online collection, and reporting.
How does the session sync work?
You enter your Parking BOXX credentials on the Paid parking data page in the Lotably admin, and each lot’s Parking BOXX site ID under Lots. Paid-session receipts then sync automatically every couple of minutes and are matched to the right lot, and Payment system health shows when data is stale or a sync fails.
What happens if a driver mistypes their plate at the station?
Lotably surfaces near-matches at scan time before a citation is written, so an officer sees that ABC1234 paid when the vehicle in front of them reads ABC1284 and can make the fair call instead of ticketing a paying customer.
How long does setup take?
