Can people apply for monthly parking online?
Yes. Turn on online applications, choose the plans and documents to request, and set monthly spots per lot. Staff can approve, decline, or waitlist applicants. When a counted spot opens, the next applicant receives an offer held for 72 hours. Approval creates the permit; it starts after the first payment or a staff action, depending on the payment arrangement.
Can monthly permits have different hours or event rules?
Yes. A monthly plan can specify days, daytime or overnight hours, and whether permits remain valid during events or require an event pass. You can set a special event-pass price for the plan. Plate checks evaluate the permit against the lot, time, and applicable rules.
Can we import our existing permit roster?
Yes, permit holders and their vehicles import by CSV so verification works from the first scan. Students and staff can then self-serve vehicle changes through a passwordless portal.
How do appeals work?
Officers can attach photo evidence to citations, and drivers can contest eligible tickets online. Staff review contests in the admin with the available evidence, and outcomes are logged in the audit trail.
What does it cost for a campus?
Published pricing starts free: $0/month plus 12% per payment collected online, for up to 2 lots, or $99/month for up to 25 lots, plus 5%, with daily parking at most 35¢ or 25¢ a session. Campus deployments with more than 25 lots are quoted as a Custom plan.
