For event venues & stadiums
Event parking that sells fast and enforces faster
Set one event rate for game day, sell it by QR with no app, and let officers check plates at the pace of a crowd. Staff and permit lots stay verified, and the money settles to the venue’s own Stripe account.
- Your brand on everything
- You keep your own Stripe account
- No special hardware to buy

Sound familiar?
The problems this solves
Cash at the cone line
Flaggers taking cash at the entrance slow the queue, leak revenue, and leave no record of who paid. The number of cars that came in and the number of payments never match.
Regular rates don’t fit a game day
An hourly rate makes no sense when every car arrives at once and leaves at once. You need one price, on for a set window, and your normal rates back when it ends.
Staff and permit lots get overrun
On event nights the public finds the staff garage and the season-permit lot. Without a quick way to tell a permit holder from a fan, the people who are supposed to park there can’t.
- Choose what a monthly permit covers on event days
- Each monthly plan can stay valid during events, become invalid, or require an event pass, optionally at a special plan price. Promo codes apply to event rates only when you explicitly allow them.
- One event rate, on for a window
- Add an event with a name, date, start and end time, and price. While it is on, the lot’s QR page sells only the event rate, and your regular rates come back when it ends. End it early with one click.
- A whole season in a few clicks
- Add another date copies the last row a week later at the same times, so a home schedule takes minutes. The list shows what is on now, what is coming up, and what each past event sold.
- Fans pay by QR, no app
- A fan scans the poster, pays by card, and is done. The pass runs until the event’s valid-until time, so there is nothing to extend, and the same plate can’t buy the same event twice.
- Plate checks at crowd pace
- Officers scan with the phone’s camera and see at once whether the plate has an event pass, a permit, or nothing. Event passes show as paid like any other pass.
- Permit and staff lots stay protected
- Season-permit holders and staff vehicles are on rosters by lot, so a scan separates a permit holder from a fan who found the wrong entrance. Citations carry photos and escalating fines.
- Settlement and reporting per lot
- Event parking and citation revenue settle to the venue’s own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. Dashboards, CSV/JSON export, and an audit log cover every event and lot.

Can monthly permits have different hours or event rules?
Yes. A monthly plan can specify days, daytime or overnight hours, and whether permits remain valid during events or require an event pass. You can set a special event-pass price for the plan. Plate checks evaluate the permit against the lot, time, and applicable rules.
How do event parking rates work?
In the admin you open Parking → Event parking and add an event with its name, date, start and end time, price, and the lots it covers. While the event is on, the lot’s QR page says Event parking and sells only that rate; when it ends, regular rates return. You can end an event early, and passes already sold stay valid.
Can we load a whole season at once?
Yes. When you add events, Add another date copies the last row a week later at the same times, and you can edit any row before saving. Upcoming events are listed by day with Edit, Duplicate, and Delete, and the past 60 days of events show their sales.
Do fans need to download an app?
No. They scan the lot’s QR poster, see the event name and price, and pay by card in about 30 seconds. The pass is tied to their plate and runs to the event’s valid-until time, and they get an email receipt.
What does it cost for a venue?
Published pricing starts at $0/month plus 12% of online payments, at most 35¢ per daily parking session, for up to 2 lots. Starter is $99/month plus 5%, at most 25¢ per daily session, for up to 25 lots. Venues with more than 25 lots are quoted as a Custom plan, and Stripe processing fees are separate.
