Two published self-serve plans and two quoted ones. Free is $0/month with 12% per payment collected online; Starter is $99/month with 5%. The percentage is one rate on everything you collect through Lotably, enforcement citations and daily parking alike. The officer app, pay portal, and admin seats are included on every plan. Growth and Enterprise are quoted to your number of lots and volume.

The plan percentage (12% on Free, 5% on Starter) applies to every payment processed through Lotably: enforcement citations and daily pay-to-park sessions alike, and monthly parker billing on plans that include it. There is one rate per plan, not a separate rate per payment type. Cash and payments collected outside the platform carry no Lotably fee.

Yes. $0/month forever on your first lot, and Lotably keeps 12% of what you collect online, so we only make money when you collect. No fees are added to your drivers, and revenue still settles to your own Stripe account. Once you collect more than about $1,400/month online, Starter’s $99 plus 5% becomes the cheaper plan, and you can switch anytime.

Once you’re running multiple lots, the fair price depends on your citation volume and the mix of features you turn on, so we quote it rather than force a one-size number. Most multi-site operators get a plan and a clear total within a day of reaching out.

Yes. Payments run on Stripe Connect as direct charges, so funds settle to your own Stripe account. Lotably never holds your money, and the plan percentage is the only platform charge on payments.

No. Stripe’s standard processing fees are billed by Stripe to your account, separately from Lotably’s platform fee. You keep full visibility of both.

Rugged handhelds with thermal printers are recommended for printed slips, but the officer app is a web app that runs on any modern phone or tablet. Pay-to-park needs nothing more than a printed QR poster.
