Pricing that scales with your lots

A merchant’s monthly invoice uses the monthly-parking percentage: 12% on Free or 5% on Starter, plus separate Stripe processing fees. The 35¢ or 25¢ daily-session cap does not apply to that invoice. Validations cover eligible same-day fixed-duration parking; they cannot be combined with event parking, advance bookings, or promo codes.

Two self-serve plans you can sign up for online, and Custom plans we quote. Free is $0/month with 12% of payments collected online, for up to 2 lots. Starter is $99/month for up to 25 lots, plus 5% of payments collected online, with no per-lot fee while Stripe can accept charges and no outside-payment notice applies. More than 25 lots is a Custom plan. On daily parking, Lotably takes the percentage or a flat amount per session, whichever is less: at most 35¢ on Free and 25¢ on Starter. Every feature, app, and user seat is included on both.

Cash and payments collected outside the platform carry no Lotably fee.

No. The price you post is the whole price your drivers pay: no app to download, no account, and no fee added at checkout. Parking apps usually add their own fee on top of your rate, often 25¢ to 40¢ a session. Switching from one? Post your rate plus what drivers paid in app fees, and your drivers pay the same while you keep the difference. If you’d rather keep your posted rates (a city whose rates are set by council, for example), we can add a flat service fee to each parking session that goes to you. It never applies to tickets, monthly parkers, or passes that run through a date.

Yes, and it’s built for that. Lotably runs daily parking, enforcement, citations, permits, and monthly parkers in one place, and your officers see every paid plate. You can also keep ParkMobile running on some lots: connect your ParkMobile account and its paid sessions show at the plate check. Yes. $0/month for up to 2 lots, plus 12% of what you collect online (at most 35¢ on a daily parking session). By default no fees are added to your drivers, and revenue settles to your own Stripe account. For 1–2 lots, Starter becomes cheaper above about $1,415/month in online citations, monthly parking or merchant invoices, or above 990 daily sessions when every session costs at least $5. Mixed prices change the comparison; per-payment rounding can affect close results. You can upgrade from your account page.

The odd cash or check payment is fine; record it in Lotably as usual. Free is priced for operators whose drivers mostly pay online, since that’s where our fee comes from. If you take a lot of cash or in-person payments, Starter is the right plan, and it lets you take them as often as you like. If more than the occasional payment is taken outside Lotably, we’ll tell you, and Starter lots over 2 then become $39/month each.

Starter’s $99/month covers up to 25 active lots, with no per-lot fee while Stripe can accept charges and no outside-payment notice applies. Each active lot over 2 is $39/month while Stripe cannot accept charges, or after Lotably gives notice about more than occasional payments collected outside the platform, such as cash, check, or another parking app. That fee is added to the same bill and prorated when you add or remove a lot. Only active lots count, so a lot you switch off for the season stops counting. More than 25 lots? We’ll quote a Custom plan.

Sign up online at lotably.com/signup and set up your lots, rates, and Stripe account the same day. Your account goes live as soon as you sign up. Free needs no credit card. Starter saves a card (or US bank account) at the end of signup, and the first month is charged then.

No. Every feature is on every plan: enforcement, daily and event parking, monthly applications and plans, billing, scheduled guest passes, merchant validations, dispute evidence, and reports. There are no add-on modules to buy. Some workflows need enabling or configuration. Booting and towing start off and Lotably turns them on when you ask; Lotably does not check whether they are allowed where you enforce, so you are responsible for following the law.

No. Lotably syncs paid sessions from Parking BOXX and ParkMobile today and accepts manual or CSV session imports from any vendor. When your pay stations, gates, or payment app offer an API, we build the connection to Lotably at no extra cost (the vendor may charge for API access).

Yes. Payments run on Stripe Connect as direct charges, so funds settle to your own Stripe account. Lotably never holds your money, and the plan fee is the only platform charge on payments.

No. Stripe’s standard processing fees are billed by Stripe to your account, separately from Lotably’s platform fee. You keep full visibility of both.

No. The officer app runs in the browser on any modern phone or tablet, with plate reading built in. Daily parking needs nothing more than a printed QR poster. A mobile printer is optional if you want printed tickets.

No. Free and Starter are month to month. Cancel anytime by email, and it takes effect at the end of your billing period. Custom plans can be set up on annual or procurement terms when that suits your organization.

Every account gets its own branded site at yourname.lotably.com with your logo, colors, document prefixes, and timezone. Custom plans can run on your own domain and remove the small “Powered by Lotably” footer credit.

Yes. Canadian accounts are billed in Canadian dollars: CA$99/month on Starter, plus CA$39/month per active lot over 2 while Stripe cannot accept charges or after Lotably gives outside-payment notice. Daily parking is at most CA$0.35 (Free) or CA$0.25 (Starter) a session, and Canadian accounts pay their Lotably bill by card. Online signup isn’t open in Quebec yet while we prepare a French version of the agreement; contact us and we’ll set your account up by hand.

Then leave them off: booting and towing start switched off, and everything else works without them. If you want them, ask during signup or email us later. Your account goes live without them, and Lotably turns them on afterward and emails you. Lotably does not check whether booting or towing is allowed where you enforce: you are responsible for following the law, and you assume all risk of using them.
