How does pricing work?
A flat monthly platform fee plus a small fee on citations paid online, the officer app, parker portal, and admin seats are all included. Starter is published so a single-lot operator can start without a sales call; Growth and Enterprise are quoted to your number of lots and citation volume, since the right plan depends on how much you collect.
Why isn’t Growth priced on the page?
Once you’re running multiple lots, the fair price depends on your citation volume and the mix of features you turn on, so we quote it rather than force a one-size number. Most multi-site operators get a plan and a clear total within a day of reaching out.
Do we keep our citation revenue?
Yes. Payments run on Stripe Connect as direct charges, so funds settle to your own Stripe account. Lotably never holds your money, the per-citation fee is the only platform charge on payments.
Are Stripe’s processing fees included?
No. Stripe’s standard processing fees are billed by Stripe to your account, separately from Lotably’s platform fee. You keep full visibility of both.
Do we need special hardware?
Sunmi handhelds are recommended for thermal-printed slips, but the officer app is a web app that runs on any modern phone or tablet. Pay-to-park needs nothing more than a printed QR poster.
How long does it take to get started?
Most operators are live in under an hour. We provision your workspace, connect Stripe, import your roster, and seed your violation catalog, then walk a go-live checklist with you.
Is there a long-term contract?
Plans start month-to-month. Annual agreements with discounted rates are available, and Enterprise terms are tailored to your operation.
Can we use our own brand and domain?
Yes, white-label is core to the platform. Your logo, colors, custom domain, document prefixes, and timezone are all yours from day one.
What if booting isn’t allowed in our area?
Per-operator feature flags let you turn capabilities like booting on or off. You only run what’s legal and relevant for your lots.
