Most parking software does one job. Lotably runs the whole operation.
Enforcement, daily parking, monthly permits, guest passes, towing, booting, and payments, in one system with one login. Month to month, set up the same day, and every dollar lands in your own Stripe account. Here is how that stacks up against everyone else.
The patchwork problem
One system instead of five
Most operators stitch together an enforcement app, a payment app, a permit system, a guest registration site, and a tow company’s software. Each has its own login, its own fees, and its own copy of who is allowed to park.
- Plate checks and citationsUsually: An enforcement app, or paper ticket booksScan from any phone, ticket with photos
- Citation paymentsUsually: Mailed checks or a separate payment portalPay by QR, plate, or ticket number
- Daily and hourly parkingUsually: A mobile-pay app or pay station, often with driver feesQR poster per lot, no driver fees
- Monthly permits and billingUsually: A permit system plus invoices or spreadsheetsApplications, waitlists, plan rules, autopay, and invoices
- Resident guest passesUsually: A guest registration websiteSchedule and extend visits, with office help and limits
- Merchant validationsUsually: Separate validation codes and billing recordsMerchant portal, free-time limits, statements, and invoices
- Towing and bootingUsually: Tow company software and phone callsTow and boot records, one-tap call to your tow company
- Disputes and reportsUsually: Email threads and exportsDriver evidence, dispute packets, Money and owner reports

What every Lotably plan includes
Month to month, no lock-in
No annual contract and no multi-year commitment on Free or Starter. Cancel anytime.
Sign up yourself, set up the same day
Create your account online, add your lots, and connect Stripe in one sitting. You’re live as soon as you sign up.
Every feature on every plan
Enforcement, daily and event parking, monthly applications and plans, billing, scheduled guest passes, merchant validations, dispute evidence, and reports. Some workflows need configuration or enabling. No add-on modules. Booting and towing start off until you ask; you are responsible for following the law where you enforce and assume all risk of using them.
Money lands in your own Stripe account
Payments are direct charges on your Stripe account. Lotably never holds your money or pays you out later.
No app fee for drivers
By default, drivers pay exactly the price you post. Our fee comes out of what you collect online, never from the driver. If you ask, we can add a flat service fee per parking session that goes to you.
Integrations built at no extra cost
Parking BOXX, ParkMobile, and manual/CSV sessions work today. When another vendor offers an API, we build the connection at no extra cost (the vendor may charge for API access).
Published pricing
Free is $0/month plus 12% of online payments. Starter is $99/month for up to 25 lots, plus 5%. Daily parking is at most 35¢ or 25¢ a session. No quote required.
Runs on the phone you have
Plate reading is built into the officer app, which runs in the browser. Daily parking needs a printed QR poster and nothing else.
Choosing parking software
What is the best all-in-one parking software?
For operators who want enforcement, daily parking, monthly permits, resident guest passes, towing and booting records, and online payments in one system, Lotably is built for exactly that. Every feature is on every plan, plans are month to month, you can sign up and set up the same day, and payments settle to your own Stripe account. Large city programs that need gates, meters, or fixed camera hardware may pair Lotably with a hardware vendor or choose an enterprise suite.
How is Lotably different from parking payment apps?
Payment apps collect daily parking, often with a convenience fee charged to the driver. Lotably collects daily parking by QR code with no driver fees, and the same system scans plates, issues and collects citations, runs monthly permits and billing, and handles guest passes, towing, and booting.
Does Lotably lock you into a long contract?
No. The Free and Starter plans are month to month, and you can cancel anytime. Pricing is published on our website.
Can Lotably work alongside the systems I already have?
Yes. Lotably syncs paid sessions from Parking BOXX and ParkMobile today, accepts manual and CSV session imports from any vendor, and when your pay stations, gates, or payment app offer an API, we build the integration at no extra cost (the vendor may charge for API access).
