What hardware do officers need?
Standard phones or tablets work out of the box; rugged Sunmi handhelds with thermal printing are supported if you want printed slips. There is no proprietary hardware to buy.
How fast can a lot go live?
Most operators are live in under an hour. A built-in go-live checklist walks through lots, fines, branding, and payments, and your permit roster imports by CSV.
We already have pay stations. Do they work with Lotably?
Yes. Lotably syncs paid sessions from ParkingBoxx today, supports manual or CSV session import for any other vendor, and new session-provider integrations can be added through a pluggable adapter architecture.

Directly to your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Lotably charges $99/month plus 5% per citation paid online on the Starter plan; Stripe processing fees are separate.
