Monthly parker / permit

A monthly parker is a driver or company with an ongoing right to park in a lot, usually billed every month, and the permit is the record of that right. A permit names the vehicles and the lots or zones it covers. An active permit shows those vehicles as paid in those lots on the days and hours it allows.
