Read the Money report
Choose the date range in your operation’s timezone. Sales counts what was sold or billed; Collected counts money received; Recorded by staff identifies manually entered payments; Refunded tracks money returned. Tax is shown separately within the applicable amounts.
The report separates tickets, boots, pay-to-park, monthly parking billed through Lotably, monthly payments recorded outside it, and payment plans. Payment-plan installments are counted without also counting the tickets they paid off.
Stripe payouts show money sent to your bank by arrival date. If Stripe is not connected or cannot be reached, the page explains that and still shows the other records.
Merchant-validation invoices are not included yet. A sales figure, a collected figure, and a bank payout describe different events and will not necessarily match for the same date range.
Export and check recorded payments
Download the money summary as CSV, or export the payments recorded by staff with their method and reference. Use those references to compare cash, check, and transfer entries with your deposits.
Monthly refunds appear in the report and on the invoice. Refunding a monthly charge does not stop recurring billing or end the permit.
Check payment-system health
Open Insights → Payment system health. Review each enabled system’s last successful sync, freshness, failed attempts, and next retry.
The page also surfaces tickets issued while payment data could not be checked, unmapped outside sites, and sessions per lot and source.
Set the acceptable data age per system under Paid parking data. Officers see a warning when relevant outside data cannot be verified; staff still decide whether to cite.
