Create a monthly plan
- 1Open Parking → Monthly plans and add a plan.
- 2Enter its name, optional description, monthly rate, and valid days.
- 3Set both access times for a daily window, or leave both empty for all-day access. A window such as 5 PM to 8 AM runs overnight.
- 4Save the plan, then choose it when adding or editing a monthly parker.
A company’s parkers are billed through the company. For an individual, their own rate overrides the plan’s default rate.
Choose the event rule
A plan can remain valid during events, become invalid during events, or require the parker to buy an event pass. For the last option, set a monthly-parker event price or leave it at the event’s normal rate.
The plate check explains when a permit is outside its days or hours or needs an event pass. The lot and time still matter; an active permit is not unconditional authorization everywhere.
Change or retire a plan
Changing valid days applies to permits assigned to the plan after confirmation. Retiring a plan keeps its existing parkers but prevents new assignments. A plan with parkers cannot be deleted.
Billing-rule changes apply to billing started afterward; existing subscriptions keep their schedule.
Track a hang tag, sticker, or card
- 1Open Monthly parkers and choose Permit cards for the parker.
- 2Issue a card with its number and kind. Numbers must be unique within your operation, including numbers used by old cards.
- 3Use Mark lost, Replace, Revoke, or Mark returned as needed. Revoking needs a note.
- 4Review the card’s history for who changed it, when, and why.
An older Permit Number field is not automatically an issued physical card. Use Track it as a card if you want to bring that number into the card history.
Let officers check permit numbers
On the lot, turn on Officers check permit cards here. The scan screen then offers Check permit number, with camera or typed entry.
The result shows the holder, plates, plan, and validity information, including lost or replaced status. Permit-number checks do not evaluate event rules; use the plate check for that context.
Parkers can see their card status in the portal. This records the physical permits you supply; Lotably does not manufacture or ship cards.
