Application fee (platform fee)

An application fee is the amount a software platform takes from a payment processed on a connected account, most often through Stripe Connect. The payment processor also deducts its own processing fee, and the rest settles to the business. In Lotably, the application fee is Lotably’s only charge on a citation or parking payment.
