The plan percentage is one rate on everything collected online through Lotably, enforcement citations and daily parking alike. The plans cross over around $1,414 collected per month; switch anytime. Published pricing; Stripe processing fees are separate and settle from your own Stripe account. Growth and Enterprise are quoted to your operation.
Why the percentage only applies to online payments
The percentage fee applies to money actually collected online through the platform, and it is one rate across payment types: enforcement citations and daily pay-to-park sessions alike, not a separate rate for each. It is charged on citations paid, not citations issued, so if a citation never gets paid, you owe nothing on it. That aligns our incentives with yours: Lotably only earns the variable fee when you collect. On the Free plan there is no fixed fee at all; Starter’s $99 buys the lower 5% rate, which wins once online collections pass about $1,400 a month. The officer app, pay portal, admin, and your branded workspace are included either way.
What to compare against a quote
When another vendor quotes you, put the numbers side by side on the same basis: total monthly cost at your citation volume, any per-citation or percentage fees, hardware you have to buy, setup and onboarding charges, and, critically, where the money settles.
