The short answer

ParkHub, now JustPark in the U.S., is built for event days: pre-sold passes, ruggedized handhelds at the lot entrance, and complimentary passes for VIPs. Lotably is built for the rest of the year: plate enforcement with citations drivers pay online, monthly permits and billing, resident guest passes, and daily QR parking, self-serve and month to month, with payments in your own Stripe account.

What ParkHub (now JustPark) is

Merged with U.K.-based JustPark in 2024 and rebranded as JustPark in the U.S. in April 2025. The U.S. entity is ParkHub, Inc., doing business as JustPark.

ParkHub provides event and venue parking software and payments. Its products cover pre-sold event and season passes, complimentary passes for VIPs and staff, JustPark Prime handheld point-of-sale devices for taking payment at lot entrances, permits and reservations, QR or text-to-pay on-demand parking, digital valet, and analytics. It names Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the Rose Bowl, and the Las Vegas Convention Center among its U.S. customers.

ParkHub merged with U.K.-based JustPark in 2024 and adopted the JustPark name in the U.S. in April 2025. Its U.S. business page claims more than 450 locations and 70-plus integrations, and it describes a license plate validation add-on that is in beta.

Where Lotably is different

  • Enforcement with real citations

ParkHub’s plate validator flags unregistered vehicles so attendants can collect on site, and its site mentions enforcement-ready integrations, but it doesn’t describe a citation workflow. Lotably issues photo-evidence citations with escalating fines that drivers pay online in about 30 seconds, plus warnings, booting, and towing records.

  • Self-serve, set up the same day

Every ParkHub business page leads to “Book a demo.” Lotably lets you sign up online in five short screens and set up the same day.

  • Published pricing, month to month

ParkHub doesn’t publish pricing or contract terms. Lotably’s Free plan is $0 a month plus 12% of online payments, Starter is $99 a month for up to 25 lots, plus 5%, and both are month to month.

  • No technology fee on drivers

JustPark’s U.S. help center says a technology fee may be charged and is shown at checkout; the amount isn’t published. By default, Lotably adds nothing to your posted price.

  • Resident guest passes

ParkHub’s CompPass hands out free event passes, but its site doesn’t describe resident guest passes. On Lotably, residents issue their own time-limited guest passes from the parker portal, capped by a quota you set, and officers see those guests as authorized.

  • Runs on the phones you have

ParkHub’s event-day flow uses its ruggedized JustPark Prime handhelds. Lotably runs on the phones your team already carries, with plate reading built into the officer app.

When ParkHub (now JustPark) may be the better fit

If you run stadium, arena, or convention parking where crowds arrive at once, ParkHub’s pre-sold passes, ticketing integrations, and offline-capable LTE handhelds are built for that rush. Lotably doesn’t sell event tickets, integrate with ticketing, or provide point-of-sale handhelds, though drivers can book an event day ahead on the lot’s pay page. Lotably fits operators whose lots run every day: monthly parkers, residents and their guests, daily paid parking, and enforcement with citations that get paid.

Switching, or running both

Venues often need both event-day ingress and everyday enforcement. You can keep ParkHub for event nights and run the same lots on Lotably the rest of the week. Import your permit holders by CSV, add event-day sessions by CSV where passes include a plate so officers don’t cite pass holders, and if you have API access to your pass data, we build the connection at no extra cost (the vendor may charge for API access).

One system, top to bottom

What every Lotably plan includes

  • Month to month, no lock-in

No annual contract and no multi-year commitment on Free or Starter. Cancel anytime.

  • Sign up yourself, set up the same day

Create your account online, add your lots, and connect Stripe in one sitting. You’re live as soon as you sign up.

  • Every feature on every plan

Enforcement, daily and event parking, monthly applications and plans, billing, scheduled guest passes, merchant validations, dispute evidence, and reports. Some workflows need configuration or enabling. No add-on modules. Booting and towing start off until you ask; you are responsible for following the law where you enforce and assume all risk of using them.

  • Money lands in your own Stripe account

Payments are direct charges on your Stripe account. Lotably never holds your money or pays you out later.

  • No app fee for drivers

By default, drivers pay exactly the price you post. Our fee comes out of what you collect online, never from the driver. If you ask, we can add a flat service fee per parking session that goes to you.

  • Integrations built at no extra cost

Parking BOXX, ParkMobile, and manual/CSV sessions work today. When another vendor offers an API, we build the connection at no extra cost (the vendor may charge for API access).

  • Published pricing

Free is $0/month plus 12% of online payments. Starter is $99/month for up to 25 lots, plus 5%. Daily parking is at most 35¢ or 25¢ a session. No quote required.

  • Runs on the phone you have

Plate reading is built into the officer app, which runs in the browser. Daily parking needs a printed QR poster and nothing else.

Questions about Lotably and ParkHub (now JustPark)

Is Lotably a ParkHub alternative?

For year-round parking operations, yes. Lotably runs plate enforcement, citations drivers pay online, monthly permits, resident guest passes, and daily QR parking. For stadium-style event ingress with pre-sold passes and handheld point-of-sale at the gate, ParkHub (now JustPark) is purpose-built and Lotably isn’t.

Is ParkHub the same company as JustPark?

Yes. ParkHub merged with U.K.-based JustPark in 2024 and rebranded as JustPark in the U.S. in April 2025. Its U.S. entity is ParkHub, Inc., doing business as JustPark.

Does Lotably charge drivers a technology fee?

No. By default, drivers pay exactly the price you post, and Lotably’s fee comes out of what you collect online. JustPark’s U.S. help center says a technology fee may be charged and is shown at checkout.

Can Lotably handle event parking?

Yes. Set an event rate for each date. While the event is on, the lot’s QR poster sells only that rate; drivers can also book the event day ahead from the same page; and officers enforce it by plate. Lotably doesn’t sell tickets or provide gate handhelds, so for large venue ingress a dedicated event tool is the better fit.

How fast can I start on Lotably?

The same day. Sign up online in five short screens, add your lots and rates, and connect Stripe. Your account is live as soon as you sign up, and the Free plan needs no credit card.
