Direct charge

A direct charge is a Stripe Connect payment created on the connected account itself, so the payment belongs to that business, which also handles its refunds and disputes. The platform can collect an application fee on each direct charge. Lotably uses direct charges for citation and parking payments, so the money settles to the operator’s own Stripe account and Lotably never holds it.
