Enforcement company
A parking enforcement company is a business a property owner hires to patrol a lot and enforce its rules, by issuing private citations or by booting or arranging tows where those are legal. It works under a written authorization from the owner and is paid a flat fee, a share of revenue, or some or all of what it collects. Many states license or regulate companies that boot or tow, while rules for companies that only issue private citations vary widely.
