Flat fee patrol
Flat fee patrol is a pricing arrangement in which a property owner pays an enforcement company a fixed amount per month or per visit to patrol a lot, regardless of how many citations are issued. The owner gets a predictable cost, and the patrol company has no financial reason to over-ticket. Citation revenue may go to the owner, the company, or be split, depending on the contract.
