Event rate

An event rate is a flat price for parking during a concert, game, or other event, usually paid on arrival and valid until the event ends or a set time. It replaces the lot’s normal hourly pricing for that window. Operators near stadiums and venues set event rates per event because demand and length of stay are predictable.
