Revenue share

A revenue share is an arrangement in which an enforcement company or parking operator keeps a percentage of the money a lot collects, from citations or parking payments, instead of or in addition to a fixed fee. It often means the property owner pays nothing upfront. The trade-off is that the company earns more when it writes more tickets, so the contract should set clear rules for what gets enforced.
