Omadi is towing software with private property tagging and tows. Lotably is a full enforcement and payments system: citations drivers pay online, permits, guest passes, and daily parking.

The short answer

Omadi is towing management software whose private property workflow centers on tags and tows, with property managers approving through a client portal. Lotably lets operators enforce and get paid without towing first: warnings, citations drivers pay online in about 30 seconds, permits, guest passes, and daily parking, with published pricing and self-serve signup.

What Omadi is

Part of Autura. Traxero absorbed Omadi in 2022 and merged with Autura in 2024.

Omadi is cloud-based towing management software with web and mobile apps for dispatch, job documentation with photos, GPS tracking, invoicing, payments, and reporting. Omadi’s help center describes private property impound tows and “tags,” warning stickers with a wait period that a property manager can approve in a client portal before the vehicle is towed. The same portal handles tow requests, tow records, permit lists, and guest self-registration, and booting is available as a job type.

Traxero absorbed Omadi in 2022, and Traxero merged with Autura in 2024. Capterra now describes Omadi as Autura’s towing management software. omadi.com did not load when we checked, so this page relies on Omadi’s help center, its app store listings, and Capterra.

Where Lotably is different

  • Citations drivers pay online

Omadi’s help center describes tags that convert to tows, and we found no driver-facing violation payment page. Lotably citations carry a QR code, and drivers pay by QR, plate, or ticket number in about 30 seconds.

  • Daily paid parking by QR

Omadi’s materials don’t describe selling daily parking. Lotably gives every lot a QR poster with hourly, rest-of-day, or until-a-set-time rates, and paid sessions are honored automatically when an officer scans.

  • Published pricing and self-serve signup

Omadi’s vendor pricing isn’t published (Capterra lists a starting price of $50 a month and no free trial), and Autura’s towing pages ask you to request a demo. Lotably’s pricing is on our website, and you can sign up and set up the same day.

  • Money lands in your own Stripe account

Omadi’s help center describes card processing through CMS or CardConnect integrations applied to invoices. Lotably payments are direct charges on your own Stripe account, with no fees added for drivers.

When Omadi may be the better fit

If you are a tow company whose private property program is built around tag-and-tow with property manager approval, and you want it in the same system as dispatch, impound, and auctions, Omadi and Autura’s wider towing suite are built for that. Lotably is not dispatch or impound software.

Switching, or running both

Many tow companies would run both: their towing system for dispatch and the yard, and Lotably for citations, permits, guest passes, and daily parking at the properties they patrol. Officers record tows in Lotably and call the tow operation in one tap.

What every Lotably plan includes

  • Month to month, no lock-in

No annual contract and no multi-year commitment on Free or Starter. Cancel anytime.

  • Sign up yourself, set up the same day

Create your account online, add your lots, and connect Stripe in one sitting. You’re live as soon as you sign up.

  • Every feature on every plan

Enforcement, daily and event parking, monthly applications and plans, billing, scheduled guest passes, merchant validations, dispute evidence, and reports. Some workflows need configuration or enabling. No add-on modules. Booting and towing start off until you ask; you are responsible for following the law where you enforce and assume all risk of using them.

  • Money lands in your own Stripe account

Payments are direct charges on your Stripe account. Lotably never holds your money or pays you out later.

  • No app fee for drivers

By default, drivers pay exactly the price you post. Our fee comes out of what you collect online, never from the driver. If you ask, we can add a flat service fee per parking session that goes to you.

  • Integrations built at no extra cost

Parking BOXX, ParkMobile, and manual/CSV sessions work today. When another vendor offers an API, we build the connection at no extra cost (the vendor may charge for API access).

  • Published pricing

Free is $0/month plus 12% of online payments. Starter is $99/month for up to 25 lots, plus 5%. Daily parking is at most 35¢ or 25¢ a session. No quote required.

  • Runs on the phone you have

Plate reading is built into the officer app, which runs in the browser. Daily parking needs a printed QR poster and nothing else.

Questions about Lotably and Omadi

Is Lotably a good alternative to Omadi?

For the parking enforcement side, yes. Lotably adds what a tag-and-tow program usually lacks: citations drivers pay online in about 30 seconds, daily paid parking, monthly permits with billing, and guest passes. For dispatch, impound, and auctions, keep your towing software.

Does Lotably replace towing?

No. Lotably gives you warnings and citations first, so fewer vehicles need to go, and it records tows and puts your tow company one tap away when one does. Towing starts switched off, and Lotably turns it on when you ask. Lotably does not check whether towing is allowed where you enforce: you are responsible for following the law, and you assume all risk of using it.

How is Lotably priced?

It’s published: $0 a month plus 12% of online payments on Free for up to 2 lots, or $99 a month for up to 25 lots plus 5% on Starter, month to month. Drivers pay no added fees.
