Yes. Lotably’s Free plan has a $0 monthly subscription for up to 2 active lots, with online payment fees. Starter is $99/month for up to 25 active lots when drivers pay through Lotably. Watch how the fees compare, including daily parking caps and a worked example.

No. Free has no monthly subscription and covers up to 2 active lots. Citations and monthly parking collected online carry a 12% Lotably fee. Hourly, daily, overnight and event parking sessions use 12% or $0.35 per session, whichever is less. Stripe processing is separate. Free is intended for operators whose drivers mostly pay online.

When does Starter cost less in the example?

For one lot collecting $2,000 a month in online citations, Free costs $240 in Lotably fees. Starter costs $99 plus $100 in payment fees, or $199. The difference is $41, excluding Stripe processing. For citations and monthly parking alone, the break-even is about $1,414 in monthly online collections. Daily parking uses different math because of the per-session caps.

Which payments use the daily parking fee cap?

Hourly, daily, overnight and event parking sessions use the plan percentage or a per-session cap, whichever is less: $0.35 on Free or $0.25 on Starter. Citations and monthly parking, including permits that run through a date and passes longer than 31 days, use the plan percentage: 12% on Free or 5% on Starter. Stripe processing fees are additional.

When does Starter have an additional per-lot charge?

Starter covers up to 25 active lots with no per-lot fee while Stripe can accept charges and no outside-payment notice applies. Each active lot beyond 2 costs $39/month while Stripe cannot accept charges, or after Lotably gives notice about more-than-occasional payments collected outside the platform.
