Print the poster
- 1In your admin, open Settings → Lots.
- 2On the lot’s card, click QR poster. It opens in a new tab.
- 3Click Print poster.
- 4Print at 100% scale.
Laminate the poster before you post it. QR codes hold up to weather much better behind plastic.
Customize the wording
Click Edit poster to open Customize. You can change the Headline (it starts as “Pay to park here”), the Subline, the Steps line, and the Footnote, and turn Show address, Show URL, and Show steps on or off. Reset to defaults puts the original wording back.
Edits apply to the print or download you’re making now. They reset when you reload the page.
Use the QR code on your own signs
Click QR (PNG) or QR (SVG) to download just the code. The SVG is a vector file, so it stays sharp at any size on a banner or a custom sign.
What drivers see when they scan
The code opens your lot’s pay page in the phone’s browser, with no app needed. The driver enters their license plate, chooses a pass, can add an email or phone number for a receipt, and can enter a promo code if you’ve made one. Then they pay. They can also choose Another day to book a daily pass for a later day.
Enforcement reads the plate, so there’s nothing to display on the dashboard. When an officer scans that plate, it shows as paid.
Common questions
Why don’t I see a QR poster button?
The button appears when pay-to-park is turned on for your account. Check the Features list under Plan & account.
Does each lot need its own poster?
Yes. Each lot has its own code, so a pass is tied to the lot where the driver bought it.
When does the poster start working?
Once your account is live, the lot has at least one rate on sale, and Stripe is connected.
