Transient parker

A transient parker is a driver who parks for a short, one-time visit and pays per use, as opposed to a monthly parker with an ongoing permit. Operators track transient and monthly revenue separately because they behave differently: transient demand follows time of day, events, and season, while monthly revenue is steadier. Transient parkers usually pay at a pay station, through an app or QR code, or to an attendant.
