Lotably vs. Wayleadr

Wayleadr allocates scarce parking at workplaces and apartment communities. Lotably enforces parking rules with citations and collects the payments.

The short answer

Wayleadr is an arrival platform that decides who gets which space at offices and apartment communities, with visitor booking, gate access, and EV charger rotation, sold on contact-sales pricing. Lotably solves a different problem: officers scan plates from a phone, write citations with photo evidence, and drivers pay online, with monthly permits and pay-to-park on published, month-to-month pricing. If your problem is too many people for too few spaces, Wayleadr is built for it; if your problem is people parking where they shouldn’t and not paying, Lotably is.

What Wayleadr is

Wayleadr Inc. is a Delaware corporation; Parkpnp Limited, trading as Wayleadr, is its Irish company.

Wayleadr sells two plans. Wayleadr Work is parking management for enterprise workplaces, and Wayleadr Home covers resident and guest parking at multifamily properties. Its core is rule-based allocation: an algorithm it calls Newton assigns spaces by demand, priority, and past usage, and the site says policies such as priority tiers, zone restrictions, time windows, and visitor overrides are applied automatically. Employees book from a mobile app, visitors book a space when they register, and entry works by phone, license plate, or badge through access control partners such as Genetec, SKIDATA, and Nedap.

Add-ons for Wayleadr Work include EV charger rotation (integrated with ChargePoint), carpool matching, shuttle buses, and desk and meeting room booking. Enforcement is compliance-focused: users flag wrong-spot parkers with a feature called Nudge, repeat offenders may be deprioritized in future allocations, and at apartment communities unauthorized vehicles land in an enforcement dashboard where staff or a third-party crew can issue a violation notice. Wayleadr names Uber, OpenAI, Sanofi, Greystar, and others as customers.

Where Lotably is different

  • Citations and fines, not only nudges

Wayleadr’s enforcement centers on users reporting wrong-spot parkers and on deprioritizing repeat offenders; citations with fines and online ticket payment aren’t described on its website. Lotably officers scan plates from a phone, the system checks monthly rosters, guest passes, and paid sessions first, and citations carry photo evidence and escalating fines. Drivers pay by ticket number, plate, or QR code in about 30 seconds, or contest online.

  • Published pricing, no sales call

Both Wayleadr plans say “Contact Sales for Pricing,” and the pricing page says cost scales with spaces, add-ons, and hardware integrations. Lotably publishes its prices: Free at $0 a month plus 12% of online payments, or Starter at $99 a month plus 5%.

  • Month to month instead of an auto-renewing term

Wayleadr’s terms say subscriptions run for the term in an order form, renew automatically unless either side gives notice at least 30 days before the term ends, and that fees paid are non-refundable. Lotably’s Free and Starter plans are month to month.

  • Money lands in your own Stripe account

Wayleadr processes parking payments through an in-app wallet and describes “secure revenue distribution,” but whose account holds the money isn’t stated. Every Lotably payment is a direct charge on your own Stripe account, so Lotably never holds the funds, and drivers pay no added fee by default.

  • No implementation project or hardware

Wayleadr Work includes expert implementation, training, and change management, and its pricing page lists hardware provisioning. Lotably is self-serve: sign up online and set up the same day, with plate reading built into the officer’s phone and no hardware to buy.

When Wayleadr may be the better fit

Wayleadr is a strong fit for companies with more employees than parking spaces that want fair, automatic allocation, gate access by phone or plate, visitor booking tied to reception, and EV charger rotation, plus desks and meeting rooms in the same app. It also fits apartment communities that want residents and guests booking and paying in an app with access control. Lotably does none of the allocation, access control, EV, or desk booking work. It fits operators who need officers writing citations, drivers paying them online, and permits and pay-to-park running on published, month-to-month pricing.

Switching, or running both

The two can run side by side: Wayleadr decides who may park where, and Lotably handles the cars that break the rules. Import your permit holders into Lotably by CSV so officers see who is allowed, print QR posters for paid visitor parking if you want it, and add sessions from other systems by CSV. When a vendor offers an API for that data, we build the connection at no extra cost (the vendor may charge for API access).

What every Lotably plan includes

  • Month to month, no lock-in

No annual contract and no multi-year commitment on Free or Starter. Cancel anytime.

  • Sign up yourself, set up the same day

Create your account online, add your lots, and connect Stripe in one sitting. You’re live as soon as you sign up.

  • Every feature on every plan

Enforcement, daily and event parking, monthly applications and plans, billing, scheduled guest passes, merchant validations, dispute evidence, and reports. Some workflows need configuration or enabling. No add-on modules. Booting and towing start off until you ask; you are responsible for following the law where you enforce and assume all risk of using them.

  • Money lands in your own Stripe account

Payments are direct charges on your Stripe account. Lotably never holds your money or pays you out later.

  • No app fee for drivers

By default, drivers pay exactly the price you post. Our fee comes out of what you collect online, never from the driver. If you ask, we can add a flat service fee per parking session that goes to you.

  • Integrations built at no extra cost

Parking BOXX, ParkMobile, and manual/CSV sessions work today. When another vendor offers an API, we build the connection at no extra cost (the vendor may charge for API access).

  • Published pricing

Free is $0/month plus 12% of online payments. Starter is $99/month for up to 25 lots, plus 5%. Daily parking is at most 35¢ or 25¢ a session. No quote required.

  • Runs on the phone you have

Plate reading is built into the officer app, which runs in the browser. Daily parking needs a printed QR poster and nothing else.

Questions about Lotably and Wayleadr

Is Lotably an alternative to Wayleadr?

Only partly. Wayleadr allocates spaces, opens gates, and rotates EV chargers at workplaces and apartment communities. Lotably runs enforcement, citations, monthly permits, guest passes, and pay-to-park. If you need to ticket and collect from people who park without permission, Lotably covers that; allocation and access control are Wayleadr’s territory.

How much does Wayleadr cost?

Wayleadr doesn’t publish prices. As of October 2026 its pricing page lists two plans, Wayleadr Work and Wayleadr Home, both marked “Contact Sales for Pricing,” and says discounts are available for annual payment and large portfolios. A July 2026 Guideflow roundup mentions a Flex plan at $49 a month, but we could not find that plan on Wayleadr’s pricing page.

Does Wayleadr issue parking tickets?

Its website doesn’t describe citations with fines. Wayleadr users report wrong-spot parkers through the Nudge feature, repeat offenders may lose priority in future allocations, and at apartment communities staff or a third-party crew can issue a violation notice from its enforcement dashboard. Lotably officers write citations with photo evidence, and drivers pay or contest them online.

Can I use Wayleadr and Lotably together?

Yes. Keep Wayleadr for allocation and access, and import your permitted parkers into Lotably by CSV so officers can check plates against them before writing a citation. Lotably’s Free plan costs $0 a month plus 12% of online payments, so you can test enforcement on up to two lots without a card.
